a 2-dimensional sheet of steel is hand-formed to create a 3-dimensional object with an organic shape inspired by a raven. light and heavy. subtle and bold. it rests on a torch-bent armature with a swivel joint. the wall mount plate is blackened hot rolled steel with beautiful mill scale and color variation. the opal glass globe provides soft ambient illumination.
